Spot your home on your lot - This requires specialized equipment for difficult installations. We cover that cost.
Install and level your home on blocks on top of your dirt pad or foundation - This includes all the materials and labor to install your home on your foundation. Foundations can vary from a dirt pad to a full basement. The cost for your foundation is NOT included in the Basic Installation.
Anchor your home per code - All anchors, materials, and labor is included in our price.
Exterior close up - This applies to double wides and modulars only. We'll put the ridge cap on your home and install the exterior siding on the gable ends.

Here are the typical steps for a Mobile Home installation:
Obtain a permit: Some US Counties don’t issue building permits, and others can charge thousands of dollars plus impact fees for a simple permit.
Install a foundation: A foundation can be as simple as a compacted dirt pad, a concrete block or poured crawl space, or a full basement. You may also need to do some site development such as clearing, excavation and fill dirt before the lot is ready to receive a foundation.
Install home onto foundation: The home is placed onto your foundation. This is done manually or with the aid of a crane. This may also involve raising the roof and installing siding on the gable ends for a double wide or modular home.
Connect utilities to home: This process will vary with the availability of existing utilities. For example, do you need a septic system or well, or are there city utilities on site? Is there an existing electrical service or do you need to build one?
Complete the interior finish: Your home installation crew may or may not also complete the interior finish, so this may be a different contractor.
